Anthony "Tony" J. Parella is President and Chief Executive Officer of Shared Technologies. He joined the company in June 2002. Prior to his service with Shared Technologies, Parella was a co-founder of Allegiance Telecom in 1997 and served in a variety of executive management positions.

A 21-year telecommunications industry veteran, Parella also served as Vice President and General Manager at MFS Intelenet and also held leadership positions at Sprint.

Parella is a graduate of Morrisville College.

Glenn Means serves as Chief Operating Officer for Shared Technologies, a position he has held since joining the company in early 2006. Prior to joining Shared Technologies, Means served from 2004 to 2005 as Senior Vice President, Business Development; Chief Information Officer, for NEC Unified Solutions, Inc.

From 1998 to 2004, Means served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, for NEC Business Network Solutions and NEC Unified Solutions, Inc; and from 1996 to 1998, he served as Chief Operating Officer for NEC Business Communication Systems, Inc.

Means has held a variety of other executive and senior management positions throughout his professional career.

Means is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida.

Renée Hornbaker is the Chief Financial Officer of Shared Technologies and has more than 25 years of experience in financial management. From 2004 to 2006, Renee was a principal with RH Partners, a consulting firm she founded, focused on increasing shareholder value by enhancing acquisition and operational processes and improving business performance. From 1997 to 2004, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Flowserve Corporation, an international manufacturing firm, where she directed its growth from $500 million to $2.5 billion in revenues. Prior to becoming its CFO, Hornbaker held positions of Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Business Development from 1996 to 1997.

Previously, Hornbaker held senior financial executive positions with a number of firms including the Phelps Dodge Corporation and the Circle K Corporation. Hornbaker also served as a Senior Manager in the Assurance Practice of Deloitte & Touche.

Hornbaker is a Certified Public Accountant and earned an MBA in Accounting and BA in English from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

Tom Boyhan serves as Shared Technologies' President of Sales and joined the company in 2004. Boyhan is responsible for all sales and sales engineering aspects for the company. With over 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry, Boyhan is a well-known and respected veteran.

Boyhan has previously held senior management positions at Bell South, Wiltel and Williams.

Boyhan attended East Carolina University and majored in English and Education.

Jeff Graham serves as Chief Technology Officer for Shared Technologies, a position he has held since early 2006. Graham originally joined Shared Technologies in 2004 as Vice President, Strategic Accounts, and named Vice President, General Manager in 2005.

Prior to joining Shared Technologies, Graham served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Message Technologies, Inc. Prior to his service with Message Technologies, Graham held a variety of successful sales and sales management roles for Wiltel Communications Group and Williams Communications Group.

Graham earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University.

Jon Baird is Chief Information Officer for Shared Technologies and has over 18 years of professional Information Technology experience. Before joining Shared Technologies, Baird served as Vice President of Systems Development for Allegiance Telecom. Prior to his service with Allegiance Telecom, Baird was Founder, President & Consultant for Synova Technologies Corporation, an IT software development consulting firm, whose clients included Frito Lay, Inc. and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad.

Baird holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University; a Masters of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas; and Bachelors of Science, Geophysics, from Texas A&M University.

Kelleye Martin Chube is General Counsel at Shared Technologies. As General Counsel, Chube oversees all of the company's legal affairs.

Prior to joining Shared Technologies, Chube was Corporate Counsel for Allegiance Telecom serving as the primary legal point of contact for national equipment resale, installation and maintenance division for Allegiance. Prior to that, she served as legal counsel for MCI Communications Corporation. Chube also held several positions in sales and support at MCI.

Chube has a J.D. degree from Catholic University, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Howard University.

Eileen Quilici is Vice President of Human Resources for Shared Technologies. Quilici came to Shared Technologies in June of 2002 with 22 years of human resources experience in the telecommunications industry, most recently as Vice President, Human Resources at Allegiance Telecom. Other employers were MFS Communications and Sprint where she continued in progressive positions throughout her career.

Quilici graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and holds certification as a Certified Compensation Professional and also as Senior Professional Human Resources.

Helen Cetrulo serves as National Vice President of Customer Care for Shared Technologies and has been with the company since 1978. Cetrulo has held her current position since 2003 and has over 27 years of telephony experience in all aspects of national customer service, operations, collections and administration.

John Colvin serves as Vice President of Sales and Operations for Shared Technologies. Colvin joined the company in 2005 and has over 28 years of telecommunications leadership experience. Prior to joining Shared Technologies, Colvin held previous management positions with Tel Plus Communications, Siemens and NEC. Colvin graduated from McPherson College in 1982.

Denise Crane is Vice President of Business Operations for Shared Technologies and is responsible for the day-to-day back office operations for the company. Crane joined Shared Technologies in June 2002 with over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Shared Technologies, Crane served as Vice President for Customer Implementation at Allegiance Telecom. In addition, she held management positions at MFS Intelenet and WorldCom.

Crane graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Psychology.

Jack Sanders is Vice President of Professional Services for Shared Technologies. Sanders joined the company in 2006, and brings over 40 years of telecommunications experience, including management roles previously held at Wiltel Communications, Madison River Comm and NextiraOne.

Jim Morton serves as Vice President of Project and Program Management and has been with the company since 2005. Morton has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including positions previously held at Williams Communications, Wiltel and Centel Business Systems.

Ralph Monfreda is Vice President of Operations for the East Region and has been with the company since 2004. Ralph brings over 36 years of telecommunications experience and has held several leadership positions over the years with Northern Telecom, Nynex Meridian Systems, Nortel, Wiltel, Williams Communications and NextiraOne.

Kerry Jenkins serves as Shared Technologies’ Vice President of Operations for the Western Region and has been with the company since 2008. With over 29 years of telecommunications industry experience, Jenkins has held a variety of leadership positions with companies such as Northern Telecom, Williams Companies, NextiraOne and Black Box. Jenkins holds a Masters of Information Systems degree from the University of Phoenix.

Ed Root is Vice President of Supply Chain Management and has been with the company since 2007. Root brings over 25 years of logistics and supply chain management experience to the company and has been recognized for distinction from publications such as Transportation and Distribution Magazine.

Sean Shaughnessy serves as Vice President of Sales for the Eastern Region for Shared Technologies. Shaughnessy joined the company in 2005 and has over 20 years of telecommunications sales leadership experience with companies such as Standard Register, NextiraOne and Williams Communications.

Judy Vandoorne is Vice President of Sales for the Western Region for Shared Technologies. With the company since 2004, Vandoorne has over 20 years of sales leadership experience with companies such as Data-Com Telecommunications, Mockingbird Networks and Williams Communications.

Scott Drury serves as Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Shared Technologies. Drury joined the company in 2004 and has over 30 years of telecommunications experience. Prior to joining Shared Technologies, Drury has held a variety of executive and management positions with companies such as Northern Telecom, Centel Business Systems and NextiraOne.

Larry Cogliano serves as Vice President of Sales, and is responsible for the Government Market Accounts for Shared Technologies. Cogliano joined the company in 1978 and has over 32 years of experience in sales, operations and management roles.

John Trollo serves as Vice President of Operations Standards and Practices and is responsible for the audit, verification and transition of our operational systems. Trollo has been with Shared Technologies since 1999 and has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
